To keep things running smoothly for everyone, here's what you can expect when working with us.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reduce a scheduled appointment, by emailing info@elementlandscape.ca.

• If our team arrives and the property is inaccessible, or the appointment is cancelled at that time, the visit may still count as completed.

A $40 fee applies to cancellations or service reductions made with less than 48 hours' notice, and additional travel charges may apply for inaccessible properties or last-minute cancellations.

Inclement Weather

• For safety reasons, all work is paused immediately during severe weather such as lightning or hail.

• If unsafe conditions are expected to last more than 60 minutes, the visit will be rescheduled.

• Services already completed will be billed, and a follow-up appointment will be arranged to finish any remaining work.

Site Access

• Clients must ensure clear and safe access to the work area on the scheduled service date.

• If access is blocked or significantly restricted (e.g., by construction, locked gates, vehicles, or other service providers), the visit may need to be cancelled or delayed.

A $40 access issue fee may apply if a visit is cancelled or delayed due to blocked or restricted access.

Property Conditions

• Please clear pet waste, toys, or hazards from the work area prior to service.

• If the site is unsafe or unsanitary, Element Landscape Solutions reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the service.

A minimum fee may still apply if a visit is rescheduled or cancelled due to site conditions.

Billing and Payment

• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise arranged.

A 5% late fee applies to payments not received within 14 days.

• We take pride in our work and want you to be happy with the results. If you have any concerns about the service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address them promptly.
